This place is the pits. No shade, no quiet, no nothing.

We picked this park because it had recently been renovated on the surface, and although it's pretty, the patronage of this park is questionable. The couple of days we were there we were awoken frequently by garbage trucks, and diesel trucks of pipeline workers coming and going at all hours, the questionable immigration status of many of them, not to mention we were informed by some of the neighbors of a sex offender in residence there. The manager is nice and people are friendly, but I wouldn't call this a family friendly place. Not a vacation spot but a contractor's lodging place. There were pull through lots, but they were taken by long term pipeline workers. I won't go there again.

This place was really old. You could tell that upkeep was not a priority. The residents there, were just that, residents. No vacationers other than us, just people that have lived there for a really long time.
